2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

If you are using Empire-LLM on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute malware, exploits, or harmful code
• Produce illegal, abusive, or exploitative content

4. AI Outputs & No Reliance

All outputs provided by Empire-LLM are:

You agree not to rely on AI outputs as a sole source of truth, especially for decisions involving health, safety, finances, legal obligations, or significant consequences.

You are responsible for verifying outputs before use.

5. User Content & Inputs

You retain ownership of the content you submit (“User Content”), including prompts, text, and uploaded files.

By using the Service, you grant Empire-LLM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

We do not claim ownership over your content.
